Bio: 

Yero S. Bah, is a multiple award-winning journalist, communicator, youth leader and social advocate, with over eight years of journalism, civic leadership advocacy and communications experience in the Gambia. 

Over the years, he has worked for local, national and international media platforms including Social Voices in Nigeria, Connecting Africa in South Africa, African Press

Agency in Senegal and Mansa Banko Online newspaper in The Gambia.

His career objective amongst other things is to become a truly global accomplished journalist, communicator and social advocate to help contribute to the successes of people around him through journalism and selfless service to humanity.

In July 2022, he founded the Africa Blueprint Network, a grassroots advocacy organization that promotes and creates awareness about the African Continental Free Trade Agreement and seeks for the full implementation of the AfCFTA in The Gambia and Africa. 

He work with government, local authorities, business communities, grassroots communities, schools and media outlets to sensitize citizens on the AfCFTA.

In 2014, he established the Youngsters in The Media project, a volunteering project that carries out career counseling, basic journalism training and internship scouting for high school students who are into high school journalism across the Gambia. 

So far, he has impacted the lives of over 75 students in over 5 high schools across three regions of the Gambia.
